    Default I LOVE AMETHYST

Now that I have got your attention. I thought that I
should inform you all that the user "Amethyst", is very
helpful, but too often rude and obsene. I, for one, will
no longer tolerate her rude posts. I have send the
following message to her ISP, in hopes of getting her to
stop this rude language. For those of you who admire
Amethyst, I expect many "witty" replies about this
action. For those of you who have had an unfortunate run
in with Amethyst, don't take her posts personally, but
know that someone is fed up with the way she treats other
users. I did edit the post, so that her AKAs remain
private, as Microsoft's Terms and Conditions say that no
    personal info be given out.

    Dear Energis,

I thought I should inform you of one of your end-user's
frequent inappropriate language, and in almost all cases,
demening of other users in a Mircrosft Newsgroup.

All of the following Messages are a clear violation of
Microsoft's terms of use, because users are not
to "Publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any
inappropriate, profane, defamatory, obscene, indecent or
unlawful topic, name, material or information."

MANY users of these newsgroups complain about Amethyst,
and she simply replies by calling them fuckwits, morons,
    dipshit, and so on

The specific violations are marked as bold (oops, can't
do that in IE. Oh well, you'll see them)

Altough some are not severe violations, some are
    completely innaproprate and rude.

Know as the following names: Cassandra, Amethyst, ----- --
    -----.

    IP Address: 81.77.157.97

    Some examples:

Large corporations you dipshit. It's FAR too expensive
    for your average home
user! It's going to be cheaper to purchase another copy.

Congratulations - you've just won this month's Moron of
    the Month Award for
posting your number to an internationally read newsgroup!
    Your prize? Calls
from long-distance phone service companies at 3am! This
    is not MS technical
support, no one is going to call you (and I'm certainly
    not as I live the
    other side of the ocean!)

The answer to your question is - no.

Walter is correct - YOU are wrong - may I suggest that
    you apologise? The

folders are /NOT/, I repeat *NOT* read only. The
    behaviour you are seeing is

    by design.

"I look forward to any help you may have to offer"?!
    Well, with your

attitude, you certainly won't be receiving any from me
    and, if Walter has

any sense (and I feel sure he has), he'll put you right
    where I'm about to -

    my kill-file.

Come back when you've had therapy for your lack of social
    skills issue.

People like you don't deserve to be assisted.

You came here asking for assistance Walt Clayton MVP
    (that means he knows a

damned sight more than you do) and then you tell him he's
    wrong! Well if

you're so damned smart, fix your own problem!

He has. That's why he reported you, fuckwit! Maybe you

    shows.

    Sorry, fuckwit, you

I'm not surprised you need ADVIL - I do too after

While I'm sure there were more, (and more inappropriate
ones), I can't take up all of your time. Many users
frequently tell Amethyst to drop her rude language, in
turn they pretty much get told to shove it. Although I
don't expect her account to be terminated. I DO expect a
strong warning letter to be sent to her, advising her
that this language is unacceptable, and will not be
tolerated. These newsgroups are for every ones use, and
not for Amethyst to foul it up. As well, I have recently
noticed some of her inappropriate posts being removed
from the server, as this is a sure sign that Microsoft
does not appreciate her language and/or attitude as well.

    Thank you for your time.

    Paul

I hope to soon see an end to Amethyst's rude language.
For those of you who agree, thank you. For those who
    care about Amethyst, too bad.

Walter is correct - YOU are wrong - may I suggest that
    you apologise? The

folders are /NOT/, I repeat *NOT* read only. The
    behaviour you are seeing is

    by design.

"I look forward to any help you may have to offer"?!
    Well, with your

attitude, you certainly won't be receiving any from me
    and, if Walter has

any sense (and I feel sure he has), he'll put you right
    where I'm about to -

    my kill-file.

Come back when you've had therapy for your lack of social
    skills issue.

People like you don't deserve to be assisted.

You came here asking for assistance Walt Clayton MVP

damned sight more than you do) and then you tell him he's
    wrong! Well if

you're so damned smart, fix your own problem!
