Default I need contribute just to send key.. sic!

Here is the question of having to buy 2 contributes ?!?!
I don't need Contribute I just need to send my customer a key so he can edit
    the site.
Why do i need to buy it to? or how can i solve this. I can't travel 1000Km in
order to install contribute to the customers computer and set it up to restrict
    editing!

    Option 1.
You can use a trial version to generate a key with the proper settings and
sent it to your client. But still, if you want to be the administrator of the
site, you should have Contribute to give your client support and to apply
changes in the user roles in the future (or you would have to download yet
another trial everytime you need to edit something).

    Option 2.
Let the client connect to the site by creating a connection himself. In this
was he/she can be the administrator himself. Connecting isn't that hard to do.
You could guide your client through by telephone.
