I need help please with the getURL() it is not working.

I was able to make this work in the earler ver. of Flash.
But when the movie ends it will not goto the url that I am telling it to
goto.
Is there something I am doing wrong.
at the end of the movie I am telling it to stop and then I want it to jump
right to the web page.
Why want it goto the webpage.
