I need help with movies in Flash Professional 8

where when they bring up the movie, it will automatcially start playing. I
need a "play" button before the movie starts. But i want it to be where when
they click the play button the animation starts to play with the film. I drew
a few animated things, like a tophat and such, and i need the movie and
animation to be in syncronization. I'm basically looking for:
Click the "watch this movie" button
It opens
They click the button "play" that i made myself
The movie and flash then start to play
The only problem is, they have to click another "play" button to make the
movie start. I need the movie to start automatically once they click my "play"
button. Anyone know how?
