i need to find a flash activex programmer

is there a users group in NYC?

i need someone who can program ac activex module to integrate into my C
program to plash flash files!

please, i know this group may not be the right place, but it's a quick job,
am willing to pay well, even for work already done, just make it into a dll
i can use, i don't care if you already did the work...

try macromedia.open-swf newsgroup (macromedia hosts that if you don't have
it on your favourite news server)

the Flash activeX is just like any other activex .. so it shouldn't be a
hassle to program (its very easy to whip up a quick embedded activeX in a
dialog (say) in VC/MFC.

What exactly are you having problems with?

tanks for the newsgroup, will look for it now....i am not a C++
programmer....so when i needed movies played within my C app, someone wrote
me a COM component....need the same now for flash files, to be played in the
same app

You should be able to use it very much like the other com component .. the
details will be different of course, as they would have different methods to
call to control them.

If you're not a C/C++ programmer, then its not going to be easy though :(

i am just a C guy, no C++ no COM...thats why i need to find this
person....and soon
