I saved a html page as a PHP page but I have problems - Macromedia Dreamweaver

Hello Robert, How are you testing your pages? You need to test dynamic pages (such as PHP pages) using both a Web Server and an Application server. If you are testing locally and you do have IIS running you also need to install the PHP engine.     How are you testing your pages?
    You need to test dynamic pages (such as PHP pages) using both a Web Server
    and an Application server.

    If you are testing locally and you do have IIS running you also need to

    I know... sometimes I amaze my self that I actually program computers. duh.
    I forgot about the server. I was trying to open the pages just using IE.
    sheesh.
