Code Hints You may want to rethink not using a closing

I was in a canoe, and then I saw a waterfall, and then... - Macromedia Dreamweaver

Hey guys, nevermind the message title. I wrote it that way hoping it'd get you to click here and read my question. It must have worked, cuz you're reading this, right? lol ANYWAY, my question is: Where do you go in DreamWeaver to disable the tag completion or whatever it is that automatically creates the ending </P> tag. I use the <P> tag a lot, and I never need the end tag. it just annoys me and slows me down when that comes up. how do i disable it?...

and you need to close all of your tags if you are using xhtml.

Slows you down? As you cascade over the waterfall?

If DW is writing the code for you, how can it slow you down? 8)

    Wait - are you handcoding?
