IBM files lawsuit against SCO...
Hello Dear Friends:
Well, the other shoe has dropped and IBM has taken the tact of employing the
GPL in it's complaint.
_IBM files counter lawsuit against SCO_

<quote>
In the lawsuit, filed in Utah, IBM claims that SCO has violated the GPL
(general public license) that regulates how the Linux operating system can
be used. IBM, based in Armonk, N.Y., also alleges that SCO is violating
four IBM patents with some of its products, the spokesman said.
SCO representatives did not immediately return calls seeking comment.

It looks like SCO stock may be tanking as well.
Bummer.
Have you completed you plans to migrate to another operating system
(Linux/*BSD)?
8^)
