ICC Profile
I have noticed several previous on this topic and have done all that has been said so far but with no success.
When I load Photoshop (v7.0.1) I get the message "Could not initialize Photoshop because the ICC profile is invalid" I have tried re-installing Photoshop, my graphics drivers. I have re-created a new monitor profile using Adobe Gamma and removed all of the other profiles. I have tried deleting the preferences file for Adobe and still get the same message.
I am getting rather annoyed with this now and have run out of ideas to fix it. Any ideas would be GREATLY appreciated!!
Kind Regards,
Anthony Williams

Re: ICC Profile
Anthony,
You might try resetting the preferences file to default values. Reset Photoshop Prefs ! <http://www.adobeforums.com/cgi-bin/webx?50@@.ef4a07f>

How? Have you tried selecting a completely different ICC-profile> I have re-created a new monitor profile using Adobe Gamma
as your starting point and saving it under a different name than
the name of the defective one? You could for instance start with
sRGB or Adobe RGB(1998) but remember to save is under a new name.
Don't save it as sRGB or Adobe RGB(1998) again.
