    Default ID CS2: can't undo

Help! We have a file open in indesign that has not been saved in a while, a large amount of work has just been deleted but we cannot 'undo'. Apple-Z does not work, it is greyed out of the edit menu.

A new file was created to test this, text created within a text box but InDesign would not undo the text creation or text box creation.

    Are we being really stupid?

It's running on an Intel G5 iMac.

It could be, though I have never seen it under Rosetta, and I'm guessing it would by now have been reported here if it were.

Actually I just reread this sentence:

It's running on an Intel G5 iMac.

Now I must ask is it a G5 or a Mactel?

    it can't be both.

next question do you have this problem in a new user?
