ID printing issues with 3-page spreads
I can't for the life of me figure out how to print the proper page ranges when dealing with 3-page spreads. I'm printing simply a spread, a gate, a gate, a spread. It will not print out the second spread without manually tiling. When you manual tile you get those darn tile marks. We need ID to fix this as we use it very frequently.
