    Default ID printing problems

We recently started using ID 2.O, initially running it under Windows NT. My compnay recently switched to Windows XP since when we haven't been able print directly from ID, only via a PDF file.

"Adobe Print Engine has failed to print your data due to an unknown problem" is the less than helpful message that comes up. Anyone point us in the right direction?

Switched to XP how? New machines? Clean install? Upgrade?

    Also, what printer? Local? Networked?

Can you print to postscript and distill?

    Are you patched to 2.0.2?
