IDCS misaligned frames in display
In ID CS, but not in other applications, very frequently the display will lose its coherence--the frames appear offset from their contents, by a significant distance so that I can not tell where the object is really located.
Another aberration--dragging to reposition a frame will leave fragments of it and its contents behind. A novel effect but hugely frustrating.
How can this display weirdness be fixed?
So far, I've only been able to workaround the problem by building a brand new document. Sometimes I can copy and paste the contents from the corrupt file but that doesn't always work either. AND, the new document may at some future time go corrupt itself! I can't get my work done this way!

Re: IDCS misaligned frames in display
If you want to keep Suitcase autoactivation, you can simply force a screen redraw -- type Command-R and then do it again. This turns the Rulers off and then back on.
Of course, this doesn't fix the display problem permanently.
