IDCS2 (404) thin border at bottom of placed element box
I've noticed this since I started using ID. We had primarily a Quark workflow at my previous position so when we got CS, I played with ID but didn't really 'produce' with it. Anyway, my new position I set up my own workflow and decided to forgo quark for layout.
ANYWAY... back to the problem, when I place a graphic from ILCS2 into ID sometimes a thin rule will show up at the bottom of the content box. The color isn't consistent as I've seen black and a goldish, tan color as well. It's usually on white, although I haven't paid close attention to backgrounds with darker colors.
Is anyone else experienced this? Usually happens exporting to pdf from ID and then printing. Does ID not have as a sophisticated engine as Acrobat itself when making pdf's? IT dept. ordered my equipment and got CS standard instead of Premium so I've got the base package.
Any help is most appreciated.
