IE css hover problem, image sticks
I have a problem with the site I am designing. Internet explorer when you move
your mouse over the button from the top the hover works correctly, when you
move the mouse from bottom to top the image does not disapear like it should
until you move from top down again.

Sorry for the sloppiness of my code, I've been trying alot of things to fix
the problem and may have some unneeded bits there.
