IE7 freeze and "Not Responding" with Shockwave plugin

    Default IE7 freeze and "Not Responding" with Shockwave plugin

    Hi. I have next problem. I installed new WinXP SP3, then i downloaded from
    Microsoft and installed last IE7. After this i entered to Adobe site and intall
    flash and shockwave players. Now when i work wiht IE7 and open 2-3 tabs and go
    from one tab to another, or i close tas - IE freeze and show "Not responding".
    I found if i disable "Shockwave Flash Object" in "Manage Add-On" in IE then
    browther work fine. I tried to reinstall shockwave player, but it not help. Can
    somebody help with this problem? Thanks.

    Macromedia muddied the waters with their plugin names - "Shockwave Flash
    Object" refers to the Flash plugin, so you should ask your question on a
    Flash forum.

    As of today Sep/18/2010, Adobe flash versions 10.1.82.76 and earlier plugins are known to crash IE7.
    Looks like Adobe is working on a fix.. See details below.
