If I delete Internet Temp is deleted also Player

Hello,
I have Windows XP SP2 EE and IE 6.00.2900 with ALL fixes, Macromedia Flash
Player 7.
If I delete Internet Temporary Files (with Delete All offline content) is
deleted also Macromedia Flash Player
(c:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Flash\Flash.ocx and
c:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Flash\GetFlash.exe).

I am also curious - The exact same problem happens here
I have Windows XP Pro SP1 IE 6.00.2800 With all updates
Every time I use the Disk cleanup utility or manually delete my temp files I
am redirected to the site to install Flash Player 7 Yet the files don't appear
to have been installed on the same date.. IE today 02/21/05 I had to reinstall
flash player 7 yet the files are all dated 6/9/2004, 12/8/2003. 10/23/2004
