Default iframe URLS

Hi,

I was wondering whether it was possible to define a URL which links to a page
containing and iframe and define which src to display in the iframe.
My site is www.occasionaljazz.co.uk and I want to link to the news page
directly but still with the menu frame around it. Is this possible? And if so,
is it also possible to add named anchors to the link to define a certain part
of the iframe src?

Or would it be better to redesign the site to use layers or css to make the
inset page content virtual rather than and iframe?

Thanks
