IIS Log Questions.

1) Is there way to tell IIS to store the log files on a network share, such as EMC? Is so what are the steps to do this? What are the pros and cons of storing the logs remotely.

2) If you are running on a web farm is there a way to write the logs for all the servers to one locations or would there be colisions?

Any help will be appreciated.
