Re: Illustator PDF's are huge
Back in March, Dennis posted this message:
When creating pdf's from illustrator they are almost as big as the illustrator files. I thought it should compress the files more. I'm new to OS X and I didn't have these issues before switching to ADOBE CS. What do I need to do? My 10MB files are converted to pdf's and they are still 9.7MB!
CS2 still generates similarlay HUGE 'compressed' files.
Any new info will be most appreciated. Thank you.

Re: Illustator PDF's are huge
When you save (as) pdf you should get a dialog box of options including the editability option as well as several compression options.
