Illustrator 10.3 won't save .ai files anymore
I have Illustrator 10.3 & CS installed on my computer.
When i am in Ill 10.3 and open a file I cant seem to save it as an AI file. The default save dialog is txt and save as gives me Ill eps, PDF and 2 types of svg formats.
It works ok in CS
Any clues?

Do a search on this topic, it has come up quite often. Something about it really is saving as an .ai file even though it's misslabled, or something like that.

It is a known bug that gets introduced after CS is installed..
Save as txt is really saving as a .ai file.
