Illustrator 9.0 performance in Windows XP
After re-installing Windows XP, I am having trouble in Illustrator 9.0 with performance. For example, attempting to draw a square or circle, there is a delay, the screen almost blanks, and the square or circle is not drawn. Any suggestions for improving performance. From several years back when I first bought Illustrator, I vaguely remember something about having to change the monitor display or color settings to solve the problem, but I can't be sure that was it. Appreciate any help
