Personally, I think that Adobe coveted Freehand?s multi-page feature all these
years. It?s just that maybe FH?s multi-page was protected and that Adobe didn?t
want to do multi-page like a word processor, or Quark Express because it would
make Illustrator too much like a page lay-out program. They wouldn?t want to do
it like Corel Draw, which s because the pages are stacked in layers on top
of each other. The best way to do it for a drawing program is Freehand?s way
and Adobe couldn?t copy it. Since Illustrator used a single page only system
