Illustrator Brochure Template Measurements

Does anyone know where I can get a template for a tri-fold brochure to use in Illustrator 10 - or does anyone have the measurements or points where to put guides?

A little trick I use is to draw two short vertical lines at the left and right edges of the page (like crop marks) then use the blend tool and set the number of steps to 'two'. This will give you a line at each fold, then just pull a guide over to where the lines are and you should have it.

This also works if you're trying to find the exact center of something, just set the number of steps to 'one' instead of 'two'.

Panel 1: 3.6250"
Panel 2: 3.6875"
Panel 3: 3.6875"
