Illustrator converted to CMYK from flash .ai export? WHY!
So I broke up an image in flash MX, traced bitmap, then exported as .ai file. the file is RGB. when I open the file in Illustrator 9, in converts and shifts the colors to CMYK! How can I fix/avoid this? I want to be able to tweak and edit the different shapes made by the trace bitmap option in flash. the color shift is to great to overlook.
Any solutions? PLEASE HELP! BIG DEADLINE!

I do not have Flash so this may be a long shot: Illy may open the file as a new document, assuming the usual colour setting.
If so, you may try opening a new document in Illy (CtrlN); if CMYK is bulleted under Color mode, change to RGB before pressing OK, then just close (CtrlW) without saving (to make Illy assume this setting next time) and try the Flash file again.
