Default Illustrator CS EPS - Import InDesign CS

An drawing made in Illustrator CS, collored white en saved as an EPS file, gives the folowing Result when importing into InDesign CS.

You get a white rectangle but when you look into the HiRes preview you see your drawing OK but do not print OK.

When looking in Overprint modus it looks like it is printed.
This is a none single problem because I reproduced the problem with my version and also at a client.
