Illustrator CS: Linked PSD file opens in Preview but NOT photoshop.. why?
I click on Edit Original in the links pallette and the image opens in a Preview window. How can I make Photoshop the default software to open linked images in Illustrator CS?

Find the original file on what ever hard drive it is stored control click on the file icon
from the contextual menu go to Get Info and in the Get Info dialog go to Open With
choose Photoshop from the drop and choose Change All.
