Illustrator CS Quits at Random!?!? Had to Downgrade!!!

Illustrator CS crashes pretty much evertime I save an eps or "save as" an eps.
Also, Illustrator crashes quite frequently when I print from Illustrator. I am running Illustrator CS on a Dual 2 GHz G5 with 2 GB DDR SDRAM so It is definitely not a problem with juice. I suspect it may have something to do with priviledges and permissions. I just don't know.

Unbelievably, I just fixed my problem while on hold with Adobe technical support. I set the permissions on all my graphics and on all the fonts involved in my graphics so that "Everyone" can "Read and Write" and restarted Illustrator. Now I can print just fine. I had an inkling there was some sort of permissions thing, but didn't think it would be simple.

Back to my question...

I get alot of swatches that say costome color 4 - costome color 400.

Is this a conversion issue from another program that our Spec'rs are creating, or is this an artist issue?

Fixed two problems recently:
1. After applying the 10.3.3 I still got a couple of crashes; reading this discussion someone (sorry I forget who) suggested if CS isn't installed in its default location (ie, loose in the Apps folder) it cracks the narnies. So I re-installed in that location, all better. Until...
2. I tried command-S saving a native .ai CS file that had Adobe's version of Eurostile font in it. Crash and no save. Turns out the font couldn't be embedded in the PDF due to licensing restrictions (!!!); so I had to do a save_as, turn OFF 'PDF compatible' and now it's fine...
Does anyone know where I can submit a bug report to Adobe?
