    We waited 2 weeks for them to respond back at my office before having no one call us back or email us as promised. Every phonecall created no response from Adobe. I'm SEVERELY disappointed in a company whose products I've been using for 15 years.

    To add to the mess I've been having too many problems with Illustrator 10 on Panther and can't take the wait anymore.

    Call them again. Or maybe somebody from Adobe will check in here an intervene. In any case, a holiday is probably not a good day to get a response.

    What kind of problems are you having with AI 10?

    Ah, now I understand the bigger picture of why my experience with the customer support rep back in November was so terrible. Interesting reading:
