Illustrator CS - stroke outline option?
is it possible, in any version of illustrator, to create a vector outline of the net shape created when increasing the stroke width on a path?
for instance, if i have a custom shape and make the stroke 12 points wide, is there a function that will creat a new path that follows the outside edge of that 12 point stroke?
