Illustrator/Epson Printer Conflict
when i print to standard page size, the print area mask is placed correctly. when i print a user defined page and/or try to center the print area, the mask does not fit the page; it is off center by a lot or a little one side, end, or another.
talked with epson and they say the problem is with the program. when i use corel draw and establish a custom size page and use a user defined setting in the printer driver, all is correct.
have an epson stylus photo 1200 and i'm using illustrator 9.02.
any thoughts?

Re: Illustrator/Epson Printer Conflict
Dwain,
The printer area (and printable area) is established by the Page Tile outline. View, Show Page Tile, and use the Page Tool (behind the Grab hand tool) and use that to place the printable area of your custom page.
