Illustrator-FHmx-printing problems
Hi!
This is my frist mesage in this forum.
I've copied an ilustrator document to a new sheet in FHmx.
There are some polygons whit a pattern in them. The option they are filled with is the last one in the menu, I don't know the translation in English but in Spanish is: segmentar.
Now I've got problems while printing the document. If I try to print the document without these polygons I've got not problem at all, but when adding them it's just imposible to print anything.
Can anyone help me???

Re:Illustrator-FHmx-printing problems
Sounds like you're using one of the pre-defined patterns that you just select from a popup menu.
They don't print on PostScript printers.
If you use a non-PostScript printer, you'll be in trouble if you go anywhere else where they _do_ use PostScript printers.
So, I think most people advise just not using them.
A work around is to make your own pattern with copy and duplicate, and then paste it inside the shape you want to use.
HTH,
