    Girlinapicklejar,

is there a way to open this file in 7?

    Nope.

You can try the Bert method: rename the IL 10 file with a PDF extension, then open in Adobe (Acrobat) Reader. If that works (depends on how file was saved), you can at least see what's in the file.

If you're desperate and have no other way, you can send me the file and I'll convert it for you. If you're going to do this, please, if you can, compress the file into a Zip or StuffIt archive before e-mailing.
