upon importing an swf- AI exported file into flash, flash crashes. what is the best way to go about doing things in AI so that flash doesn't wig at something like say, a gradient? Pfft...

....I found that Spot color sand Global colors "didn't pass the test" when copy/pasting from AI9 to Flash5. I had to convert them all to process (I think it was RGB). Dunno if it helps, though.
I wouldn't try to export unexpanded appearance attributes (brushes, styles etc) and I'd also think twice about transparent objects.
