Illustrator Printer Page selection

I can't seem to get my Illustator file to recognize any size set up but letter so it reduces the image to fit. How can I change this or is it the program with the problem. I have tried everything!

There's a free update to 10.03 on the Adobe site.

What OS are you running?

The only thing I can think of is in the page set up you have a scaled down percentage for the scale open the Page Setup and set the percentage to 100%.

And something major is going on for you, Cynthia, if you can not even start up AI, but are also having a problem printing.

Maybe check your fonts to see if any have become corrupt?
