Illustrator template
Hello
I cannot seem to be able to open templates in Illustrator. I keep on getting this message: (...)ait is in an unknown format and cannor be opened. Templates came with the install.
What could be the problem? I am using Illustrator CS, file extension that I cannot open is a .ait
I've already deleted the AIPrefs file.

Are you using File>new from template...if so make sure your path is correct. ait is the correct extension
