Illustrator vector illustration showing strange lines in PDF
I have a fairly complex illustration which was created in Illustrator and when distilled, the PDF is showing fine lines, most are random and others are the non-stroked vector lines with fills. I'm using Acrobat PRO 6.02 (with Distiller 6.0) and Illustrator CS on a G5 with OSX 10.3.9.
Anyone seen this before?

Re: Illustrator vector illustration showing strange lines in PDF
Does Text look okay?
does it just affect graphics?
Are the lines real fine and at diagonal position similar to but much closer together: ////////// ?
This is a new wrinkle that has cropped up in 7.0.1. It a repeat of an old bug that was in either Acrobat 3 or 4 OS9. That took adobe 6 months to figure out back then.
The advantage today there is a work around. when in print menu click on the button label advanced.
when window opens choose print as Graphic.
Its a work around and not a cure and it doesn't always work.
