Image box shows on background in certified PDF
Hi there,
Setup: OS 10.5, Macpro intel 8GB, and Powerbook intel 4GB, CS3 and Pitstop.
I have an problem when exporting a hi-res file from Indesign CS3.
The frame of the used image shows in the background in Acrobat Reader, but not in all views (@ 100% view it shows, @ 75% view it doesn't show).
I'm exporting a 1.3PDF, with Transparency set to high resolution and get a certified PDF. When printing to a xerox everything is printed fine.
The printing company won't accept my pdf due to the frame issue. They said to export a PDF1.4 but then I can't set the transparancy box. I also get an transparancy error from Pitstop.
Can someone help me out here please?
Thanks,
Stefan
