Image Path... What "DataType" to use? - Microsoft SQL / MS SQL Server

The image path should look like: c:/image/165-03-T.jpg but it looks like c:/image/165%20%20%20%20%20%20%20-03%20%20%20%20%20%20%20% 20-T.jpg Any idea why do I get so many 20%? I have tried to use "numeric" as DataType and it seems to work but I loose the "0" digit in front of second pair of digits and the path is not working? What is the best DataType to use for this kind of text? Thanx...

    Here is my string:
    .../ep_images/T/<%=(RsGallery.Fields.Item
    ("CoverPixRef").Value)%>-<%=(RsGallery.Fields.Item
    ("CoverPixCol").Value)%>-T.jpg

"CoverPixRef" is a 3 digits number
    "CoverPixCol" is a 2 digits number (01,02,...)

How do I "Trim" my string?

    you are not trimming
    NVARCHAR field with [/ref]
    20% [/ref]
    to [/ref]
    of

    The string look like this:
    ../ep_images/T/<%=(RsGallery.Fields.Item("CoverPixRef").Value)% >-<%=(RsG
    allery.Fields.Item("CoverPixCol").Value)%>-T.jpg

"CoverPixRef" is a 3 digits number
    "CoverPixCol" is a 2 digits number (01,05,...)

How do I trim my string to make it work?
    Thanks
