Image/Picture Frame

Too bad my memory is SO bad...

Several months ago I put a frame around some photographs. The frame resembles a regular brown, wooden picture frame. I am now in the position to repeat the process and I have no idea what I did, nor have been able to figure out how I did it.

Anybody know?

That was far too simple - apparently not simple enough for me to recreate today, however.
