Images created in illustrator print cut off but look fine on screen
We use several softwares and get many documents sent to us to print. In Acrobat 6.0 PC pro or 4.05 we get the same result. We see full image before and after postscripting but prints trimmed in some areas. It was created in illustrator Mac 9.0, saved to EPS, placed in Quarkxpress and postscripted when we print it gets trimmed off. As a work around we output direct from quark to the printer it was just fine. So where is my problem? Both quark, the driver and Mac-PC thing is ok but when distilled(4.0 or 6.0)either pdf versions can see this error. My client is a designer and wants me to tell him what caused this but what combination caused this?
Any explaination would help thanks.
