Images for Scrollbar

Can anyone point me to a tutorial or sample code that allows you to use
images/graphics for the scrollbar/up/down arrows of the browswer? Any type of
sample would suffice. I'm looking to change the look of my iframe that's
embedded in a page.

You cannot change the SYSTEM's scrollbars. But you can use dHTML scrolling
elements with their own scrollbars....

Be aware that this code is IE/Windows only and will fail on any page with a
valid doctype (at least the body redefinition will).
