images open very slowly
When I open an image the frame it will show up in stays gray for about 10 seconds before the photo shows. Then it takes about 10 more seconds for the cursor to go from a hourglass back to cursor. Same 10 seconds to close an image before cursor turns from hourglass to cursor. Any help would be appreciated.

It's also good to know the health and well-being of your data storage. Also if you have Anti-virus or recycling bin protection or ... hmm, that's about it. Unless somebody can think of anything else.
