Import Connection Key Error
I have done this in past successfully and now, I as admin setup user role and
emailed the connection key to staff. They clicked on it, entered password and
the conntection key says your password or userid is incorrect. This is not
true. I have redone it several times.
I even upgraded my copy of Contribute to my staff's - same error. I deleted
my admin role and tried to open the user connection key and that did not work
either.
I am using CS3 on IE 6.
Any help is appreciated.

Re: Import Connection Key Error
Have you tried making a manual connection from one of your staffs PC's?
This way you can check if maybe there are connection problems.
Are you working in the same network/environment as your staff?
