:heart; Hi

I am working with a non-profit who has a large library of historical
documents. The Librarian wants the "finding aids" on the web plus symposium
material. Here are my problem:

1. When he cuts and paste a word document, the word formatting stand as is. I
am trying to come up with a template for the finding aids, but would it be
better for him just to import the finding aid document from Word, instead of
cutting and pasting
the various sections? The template would essentially be a page with a header
title and the rest blank (the navigation etc. would be locked down).

2. Is there a way of showing in Contribute the site map - The librarian has
putting the files he has created all over the place.
He is restricted to the library archives areas, but he still is putting the
files all over. If he could see the site map of the library
(as you do when you use ftp) he would know where to put the files.

3. Also, there is a site map page of website, but it is located outside the
Library Archives. I have restricted the librarian only to the Library - is
there a way of giving him access to the site map page without giving him access
any other pages.

Thanks for the help
