Important question about flash movies...

I don't know if this a is a stupid qeustion, but I was wondering if there was anyway to convert a Flash movie onto a video cassette? If so I would appreciate any details you could provide on this situation. If no, please don't laugh at me.

Haven't done it, but maybe this link will help:

After the conversion to AVI, you'll probably need some sort of video
output from your vidoe card so that you can plug that into a VCR to
record the output.
