Imported Fireworks Navigation Bar - Macromedia Dreamweaver

I have created a navigation bar that is imported into Dreamweaver aspx page used to create a template. The area that the navigation bar is located is Uneditable. There is a seperate editible region within the page for page content. The problem is this: When a .swf is inserted into the editable area, the "pop-up" menus created in the navigation bar get covered by the .swf. Default Imported Fireworks Navigation Bar

The effect is such that when you view the page with a browser, half the menu doesn't show (in the areas where the .swf is placed). The one fix I've found has been to place the edit region lower on the page. This doesn't look good.

    Any suggestions?

    Following instructions from MM articles:
    http://www.macromedia.com/support/flash/ts/doents/wmode.htm
seems to have done the trick. I'm quite sure that my users will only use IR 5.0 or greater as this is a company intranet site so it's a "controlled environment" :)

    Thanks for the help.
