    hi,
My imported illustrator image shows up really 'crunchy' when I import it to Indesign - how do i stop this ?

Maybe it's a mental block - thanks for your consideration.

Don't want to waste anyone's time but, why is it I can import version 8 files without the same problem ? It's only exporting as version 10 ai that this problem occurs.

I've fixed it by saving as illustrator v 8.0 by the way.

    Thanks,

Check the display optimization for the imported image. How does it print?

I was thinking the same thing. Isn't that a good thing? After all, crunchy is description simmilar to crispy right?
