Importing JPG as a faded tracable background, how?
I have done it in the past but forget how. i was able to bring in a graphic and i could make it show in the backgroud in a faded look but was uneditable. from what i could tell, this method was for tracing an object. how do i bring up an image for this?

On layers tab, side arrow-> template.
