Default Importing vector paths problem from illCS into PhotoshopCS

We used to be able to import a vector path from Illustrator into Photoshop and it would stay a vector path. However, when you do the same using CS versions of both applications the vector path becomes a raster shape. Does anyone know a way to import a vector path from illCS into Photoshop CS and it remain a vector path.

    Are you copy/pasting?

If so, make sure your Illustrator clipboard prefs are set to AICB.
